Business Office Coordinator

Full Time- 40 hours

Monday-Friday

Non-Union

Job Requirements

  • Process all Vendor bills in timely efficient manner.
  • Input and log census information on a daily basis.
  • Post all cash deposits on a daily basis.
  • Process and ensure all cash journals are accurate.
  • Print financial logs and reports and bill all unpaid balances.
  • Process and input Medicaid billing electronically.
  • Complete month end function, including cash, census, and inputting of bills.
  • Address any and all outstanding bills, by making collection calls and or sending certified letters.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience census reports, Medicare/Medicaid billing, A/R, A/P LTC reimbursement and General Ledger management in long term care industry.
  • Must have basic Microsoft Office experience.
  • Knowledge of UBO4 and GAP billing preferred.
  • 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
